{Family}--Cerritos, California

It was hot. So hot. It was only August, and it was 102 degrees where I lived. So I thought it was a good idea to head over to where I grew up--Cerritos, where it is usually cooler. It was so pleasant working with this family--sweet parents, adorable children. Little "I" and "N" were so happy, the whole time. Which, made my job so much easier.

A New Little Sister--Family, La Habra, Ca

I had so much fun photographing my friends and their growing family this past weekend. I love to see this sweet family interacting with each other on a daily basis (literally--they live right across from me). It was my privilege because, well, the boys are my son's friends, and their new little sister will be, in a few more months' time, my daughter's playmate. I cannot wait to see, when all the little ones get together, what kind of disaster, I mean, fun it will be.

Once again, I was blessed with an opportunity to shoot a cute, adorable family. Meet Robin and Scott, and their two beautiful girls.

We met three years ago, when we first came back to California from New Jersey. They were our small group leaders; it was friendship at first sight for us. They are still serving faithfully at their church today, their warm spirits and giving hearts always humble me.

Tustin is such a cute little town. It is like finding a hidden treasure for me to discover such a cute place when, all along, I live only 30 minutes away from it.

Family--Santa Ana, CA

I had the privilege to do a family portrait session this past weekend.

Meet Hermelinda, and her adorable family. We have known each other for more than ten years now, and she has always been a wonderful example for me. She is a courageous woman of God, who is not afraid to step out and stand up for Christ. I have always loved this part about her; she has taught me so much in my walk with Christ.

This is her husband, Kurt, and her lovable, kissable, hug-able little boy, Peyton. Kurt has been an amazing husband, and an incredible father. And Peyton. Oh, little Peyton. I thank God for this family.

Something Ancient

An old Chinese Bible, stamp collections from decades ago, and wedding pictures of my grandparents--these were the very things that told the history of my family. I've always had them stored in different places, and this was the first time they are put together. It was a neat and nostalgic experience.
